Innotest pTau (pT181) kit (Fijirebio Inc.) was used as an ELISA system of Ser413 phosphorylated tau protein (pSer413-Tau), but the biotinylated antibody included in the kit (labelled as CONJ1) was replaced with the biotinylated antibodies produced above.
